Bionaze does not need to be refrigerated, but store Bionaze at 15-30°C or 59-86°F. Protect it from heat, light and moisture to ensure prolonged shelf life and efficacy.

Sometimes during shipment there are situations where your Bionaze order may be left in a hot vehicle for an extended period of time. As long as the product temperature doesn’t exceed 115°F, the probiotic cultures within should still be active.

Yes. Bionaze utilizes a small amount of lactose which is used as food to keep the probiotic bacteria alive.  It’s a trace amount but we cannot predict how your allergy will react to it.  If you wish you try it, our advice would be to take half a lozenge the first day and see how you feel.  Then increase to one per day and then two per day as directed assuming you don’t have a negative reaction.

Bionaze contains 30mg of Blis K12 in each lozenge. However, the amount calculated is based on the expiration date so you will generally have more Blis K12 in a non-expired lozenge.
